Rising NYRR Spring Jamboree Presented by TCS

Take the kids to Icahn Stadium on Randall's Island for a fun day of track and field events!

Event Details

Kids can choose from age-appropriate activities they'd like to try, including sprints, a longer distance run, relays on the track, shot put, long jump, obstacle courses, and more! Icahn Stadium is a world-class track and field facility, and this event is a perfect way to introduce kids to the sport.

Registration is FREE and open to participants ages 2–18 of all abilities. Participants will receive a New Balance souvenir (while supplies last).

    Rising New York Road Runners strives to host inclusive, sustainable, and accessible events that enable all individuals to engage.   • Notes on Registration

    We’ve updated our website to increase inclusivity and representation in our races. Parents/guardians can register youth runners as girl, boy, or nonbinary. Visit our FAQ page for more information on how to update your profile.

  • Number Pickup

    Numbers may be picked up at the NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the New Balance Run Hub at 320 West 57th Street (between Eighth and Ninth Avenues) in advance of the event on the following dates:

    • Sunday, April 12, 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
    • Monday, April 13, 9:00 a.m.–7:30pm
    • Tuesday, April 14, 9:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

    • Thursday, April 16, 9:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
    • Friday, April 17, 9:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
    • Saturday, April 18, 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
    • Sunday, April 19, 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

    Parents/guardians of runners are encouraged to pick up numbers at the NYRR RUNCENTER to avoid event-day lines.

    On event day, number pickup will be available outside Icahn Stadium from 7:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

    If you plan to pick up a runner's number on the day of the event, please arrive at least 60 minutes before the start of their activity.

More Event Information

Cancellation Policy

If NYRR cancels an offering on the direction of local, city, or state authorities, parents/guardians will be informed as soon as possible. Events will not be rescheduled.
