The Finish and the After-Party

  • Finish-Line Protocol, Results, and Awards

    Awards will be presented on site to the top three finishers in the overall men, women, and nonbinary divisions. Runners who place in the top three of their age group will be able to claim an award in the days following the race by filling out our Age-Group Awards Claim Form.

    Runner tracking and live, unofficial results will be available in the NYRR Appand at l iveresults.nyrr.orgduring the event.

    After the conclusion of the event, official results will be posted on results.nyrr.org.

  • After-Party

    The official RBC Brooklyn Half After-Party takes over Maimonides Park, giving runners a place to celebrate after the race. Head into the ballpark for live music, lawn games, and a mix of activities. Concession stands will be serving classic ballpark favorites along with drink specials available throughout the venue (proof of age ID is needed if purchasing alcoholic beverages). Capture the moment with fun photo backdrops, ring the 9+1 bell, play trivia, or join singalongs displayed on the jumbotron. You'll also find a Family Reunion area where you can reunite with your loved ones.

  • Finish Information

    • The race finishes on the Coney Island boardwalk. You will receive a medal and a Recovery Bag Presented by Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS).
    • Visit the HSS Runner Recovery Zone, where you can stretch and foam roll with the experts from HSS. The finish area is for runners only.
    • Claim your checked bag at the Maimonides Park parking lot until 1:45 p.m. Bags that are not claimed will be transported to the NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the New Balance Run Hub (320 West 57th Street in Manhattan) where they can be claimed Sunday, May 17 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or Monday, May 18 to Friday, May 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    • FAMILY REUNION - Plan a location to reunite with your loved ones, as there may be cell service saturation. The RBC Brooklyn Half After-Party at Maimonides Park (8:00 a.m.– 12:30 p.m.) is a great place to reunite! Stadium sections will be marked with letters; you can arrange to meet at the letter corresponding to your last name, then relax, purchase refreshments, and enjoy live music and entertainment.
    • POST-RACE TRANSPORTATION - N/Q/D/F at Stillwell Avenue. Visit mta.info to plan your transportation.
  • Commemorate your RBC Brooklyn Half achievement with an iTAB!

    When you purchase an iTAB, it will arrive in the mail engraved with your name and finish time a few days after you finish your races and collect your medal at the finish line . The iTAB fits perfectly onto the ribbon of your medal and is a great way to celebrate and share your event journey.

  • Getting to the RBC Brooklyn Half Expo Presented by New Balance

    ***NEW LOCATION*** The RBC Brooklyn Half Expo Presented by New Balance will take place at the LeFrak Center at Lakeside.

    Directions From Parkside Plaza

    • Enter Prospect Park at Ocean Ave and Parkside Ave
    • Turn right on East Drive
    • Go 0.2 miles straight
    • Make a sharp left onto path toward LeFrak Center at Lakeside entrance

    Directions From Prospect Park Subway Station

    • Enter Prospect Park at Ocean Ave and Lincoln Road
    • Turn left on East Drive
    • Turn right onto path toward LeFrak Center at Lakeside entrance

    Directions from Taxi or Ride-Share Drop-Off

    • Location for drop-off
    • Enter Prospect Park by the Washington Irving Memorial
    • Continue .1 miles straight and cross the East Drive
    • After crossing East Drive, turn left onto the path toward LeFrak Center at Lakeside entrance

    The RBC Brooklyn Half Expo Presented by New Balance will take place at the LeFrak Center at Lakeside in Prospect Park. Race number pickup will be available at the following dates and times:

    • Wednesday, May 13: 10:00 a.m.-8:30 p.m. (last bib pickup is at 8:00 p.m)
    • Thursday, May 14: 10:00 a.m.-8:30 p.m. (last bib pickup is at 8:00 p.m)
    • [LAST DAY] Friday, May 15: 8:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. (last bib pickup is 6:00 p.m)

    No need to select a time slot—drop in at your leisure during open hours and experience this new destination in the heart of Prospect Park. It brings everything you love about the pre-race experience together in one vibrant, one-of-a-kind setting.

    While you’re there visit the RBC Hype Zone, where runners can transform race-week excitement into art through an interactive photo moment and score daily exclusive giveaways.

    If you are unable to pick up your race number during the regular pickup hours you can have a friend or family member do so. Please make sure they have a copy of your email confirmation form, and a copy of your photo ID.

    Find your name on the #RBCBrookynHalf Runner Wall Presented by TCS and stock up on Maurten products, other race day needs, and more at Runner Essentials. The Expo is open to the public.

  • Race Number Pickup

    Have Your QR Code Ready

    Please show your QR code and ID when picking up your bib. Your QuickPass QR code was emailed to you on May 8 and is also accessible in your NYRR dashboard and the NYRR Mobile app.

    Add your QuickPass QR code to your mobile wallet, save it as an image/PDF, or print it out in advance to avoid delays at bib pickup.

    To find your global QR code on the website, please log in to your account by:

    • Navigating to the top right of the website.
    • Clicking Account in the top righthand corner.
    • Log in with username and password.
    • Select "Get Your QuickPass".

    To find your global QR code in the NYRR mobile app, please log in to your account by:

    • Download and open the New York Road Runners App
    • Select the Account section on the bottom menu
    • Select the Sign In button
    • Follow the on screen instructions for logging in with your NYRR account
    • Once you’re logged in, select Global QR Code to view your Global QR Code

    No numbers will be available on race morning or at the NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the New Balance Run Hub.

    Proxy bib pickup

    Proxy bib pickup is allowed for this event. Please ensure you have a copy of the runner's QR code and ID.

    Please note the following:

    • Runners will NOT be able to request a wave change at the RBC Brooklyn Half Expo.
    • Corral changes will not be considered.
  • Bike Racks at the Expo

    Help New York Road Runners reach our sustainability goals by biking or taking the subway to the RBC Brooklyn Half Expo Presented by New Balance! The LeFrak Center at Lakeside is conveniently located near the B, Q, and S lines. Please note that bikes will not be allowed in the tent and a limited availability of public bike racks will be available at these locations:

  • Course Strategy

    While at the Expo, visit the Running Lab and meet the NYRR coaches, who will break down the course mile by mile, so you know how to run your best race. They will provide 20-minute course strategy sessions throughout the afternoon, starting 30 minutes after opening. Last session will start one hour before the Expo closes.

    An American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter will be available for course strategy at the following times:

    • Wednesday, May 13: 12:00 p.m.

    Live open caption hours will be available at the following times:

    • Wednesday, May 13: 10:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m. (Member Spotlight), 12:00 p.m.

    You can also meet the NYRR Pace Team and collect a free pace band powered by Tata Consultancy Services to keep you on track during the race. The pace bands are course specific to the RBC Brooklyn Half, available from 1:20 finish time to 3:15, ever 5-minute intervals. The NYRR Pace Team will be onsite and available at the Running Lab during Expo hours.

  • American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter On-site

    ASL interpreters will be on hand to help participants navigate the expo and answer any questions at the following times:

    • Wednesday, May 13: 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
    • Thursday, May 14: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • Friday, May 15: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

The excitement begins at the RBC Brooklyn Half Expo Presented by New Balance, where runners come together for course strategy sessions, gear, and more. Once you cross the finish line, celebrate your achievement at the RBC Brooklyn Half After-Party at Maimonides Park. Proudly reppin’ Brooklyn since 1981, this is the original half marathon in the Borough of Kings and one of the largest in the country!

Virtual RBC Brooklyn Half

The Virtual RBC Brooklyn Half event takes place May 9–17 and focuses on bringing the in-person race experience to runners everywhere.

Two entry options:

  • Medal: $55 for members / $65 for non-members
  • Love of Running: $20 for members / $30 for non-members

Registration for the Virtual RBC Brooklyn Half opened on February 18.

Entry Methods

The 2026 RBC Brooklyn Half International Tour Operator program partners with travel agencies across the globe to create race packages with guaranteed entry along with flight and/or hotel. Learn more here.

Runners who do not have guaranteed entry to the race have the opportunity to enter the non-guaranteed entry drawing during the application period from January 6 to January 19 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

The entries available to non-guaranteed applicants will be filled through three drawings, one in each of the following applicant pools:

  1. "NYC metro area” applicants: Residents in and within 60 miles of New York City
  2. "National” applicants: U.S. residents outside of the NYC metro area, including Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories
  3. “International” applicants: Non-U.S. residents

The drawing for the 2026 RBC Brooklyn Half will occur on January 23, 2026.

Please note: Handcycle and push-rim applicants should apply to the non-guaranteed entry drawing.

Current members of New York Road Runners who meet the eligibility criteria below and apply to the non-guaranteed general entry drawing will automatically be entered into the NYRR Member-Only Second-Chance Drawing for the 2026 RBC Brooklyn Half.

Eligibility: To be eligible, your membership must be active on January 5 (the day before the drawing application opens) and remain active through the RBC Brooklyn Half drawing day, January 23. All NYRR members who meet these requirements will automatically be included in the Member-Only Second-Chance Drawing.

Selection: Following the general entry drawing on January 23, all eligible NYRR members who were not selected for entry will be placed in the Member-Only Second Chance Drawing, which will occur the same day. Members who are selected in the Second-Chance Drawing will be informed via email of their selection before the end of the day after both drawings have concluded.

Second-Chance Drawing winners will be automatically charged and registered into the race.
