Event Details

Historically a women's road race, the Mastercard New York Mini 10K returns for another year! Founded in 1972—and named after a symbol of women’s liberation, the miniskirt—this event empowers women and girls of all ages and fitness levels to come together, be active, and accomplish a running milestone alongside other inspiring runners.

Registration is FREE and open to girls ages 8–18 of all abilities. Girls will receive a New Balance T-shirt (while supplies last) and finishers will receive a medal.

    We’ve updated our website to increase inclusivity and representation in our races. Parents/guardians can register youth runners as girl, boy, or nonbinary. Visit our FAQ page for more information on how to update your profile.

  • Number Pickup

    Race numbers may be picked up at the NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the New Balance Run Hub at 320 West 57th Street (between Eighth and Ninth Avenues) on the following dates:

    • Tuesday, May 19, 9:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
    • Wednesday, May 20, 9:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
    • Thursday, May 21, 9:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
    • Friday, May 22, 9:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
    • Saturday, May 23, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
    • Sunday, May 24, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

    *** The NYRR RUNCENTER will be closed on Monday, May 25, for Memorial Day***

    Parents/guardians of runners are encouraged to pick up numbers at the NYRR RUNCENTER to avoid event-day lines.

    On event day, number pickup will be available at Race-Day Central. Pickup times are:

    • Stage 3: 7:20 a.m.–8:40 a.m.
    • Stage 2: 7:45 a.m.–9:40 a.m.

    If you plan to pick up a runner's number on event day, please arrive at least 60 minutes before the start of their run.

More Event Information

Cancellation Policy

If NYRR cancels an offering on the direction of local, city, or state authorities, parents/guardians will be informed as soon as possible. Events will not be rescheduled.
