Richard Rosenfeld is a masters athlete, bodybuilder, and endurance runner, completing his first marathon at age 60 with 15 thereafter, including a Boston-qualifying time, and is an Abbott World Majors Six-Star finisher. He is board-certified in lifestyle medicine, follows a plant-based eating pattern, and lectures and writes extensively on nutrition and supplements for optimal performance. Rosenfeld has over 400 medical publications and has been listed as one of America’s Best Doctors for 20 years by Castle Connolly.
