He is responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s global information technology strategy.

Richard brings more than 20 years of experience in leading IT transformation, innovation, and technology strategy across multiple industries including financial services, high tech, life sciences, manufacturing, and hospitality. He served as the Head of Information Technology at PureStar Group, one of several funds of portfolio companies managed by the Private Equity firm Cornell Capital. In this capacity, Richard drove the modernization of core systems, technology processes, and development of a cybersecurity program to streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and reduce risk to the organization. Prior to that, Richard held senior IT leadership roles at Wyndham, owning Architecture and Infrastructure Services and driving technology strategy supporting over 9,000 properties across 20 hotel brands.

Earlier in his career, Richard served in PwC’s CIO Advisory IT Infrastructure practice consulting for Fortune 50 banks and investment firms as well as leadership roles in the technology and internet services market throughout Asia.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Telecommunications from NJIT. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering innovation, and driving technology change that creates long-term value and impact.
