Run for the Future at Percy Sutton Harlem 5K Photo Gallery

NYRR Run for the Future 2025 summer cohort completed their celebratory 5K at the Percy Sutton Harlem 5K. NYRR Run for the Future a free six-week program introducing high school young women to running. Joining them was this year’s Run for the Future Ambassadors, Emmy Award–winning sports anchor and reporter Sam Ryan and former Deputy Manhattan Borough President and granddaughter of Percy Sutton, Keisha Sutton-James, who served as a race buddy and cheered them on to the finish. Congratulations to the 2026 summer cohort and NYRR Run for the Future celebrating 15 years empowering young women!
