You can do hard things!
Running MottoThe first time you meet me I can almost guarantee running will come up. It is truly part of my personality, my everyday, and my greatest joy. For me, running has little to do with how fast or how far; it has everything to do with why. Through all of life's challenges and big decisions, running has guided me and shown me that I can do hard things. Not every run is easy (majority of them are not!), but every run I show up and leave stronger. If that is not a metaphor for life, then I don't know what is! From running one mile through my neighborhood at 13 years old to completing my seventh marathon this fall, I have loved and looked forward to every step of the way!
