How would you describe your coaching style?
I believe that success in running is attainable for every athlete who commits to the process. My primary aim is to infuse each runner with a sense of possibility and motivation, ensuring they recognize that their hard work will pave the way to their achievements.

What is your proudest coaching moment?
My proudest coaching moments occur when I unexpectedly cross paths with a former athlete who recalls a piece of advice that I gave years prior. Knowing that my guidance has had a lasting impact and continues to serve them well fills me with pride and gratification.

What is your favorite workout to coach and why?
My favorite workout to coach varies based on the athlete's experience level. For beginners, I prioritize easy, conversational pace runs, combined with bursts of speed to inject a sense of excitement. Meanwhile, for the seasoned runners, I enjoy pushing their limits through a diverse range of interval training sessions. I find great joy in tailoring workouts to meet each athlete's unique needs and watching them thrive.
