Some days, the run feels like a gift, and some days, it’s a fight. I believe we have to show up for both.

How would you describe your coaching style?
My coaching approach is built on patience, pacing, and presence. I help runners tune into their bodies, stay grounded in their growth, and find strength in the process—not just the finish line. Progress over perfection. Grit over ego. And always—joy in the work. I support a holistic path to running that includes strength, mobility, recovery, and mindset as essential tools for long-term success.
What is your proudest coaching moment?
Some of my proudest moments aren’t about race day—they’re in the buildup. I’ve coached runners through back-to-back NYC Marathon training cycles and seen what true progress looks like: showing up tired, finishing that brutal long run, and learning to trust the work. That growth? That grit? That’s the magic.
What is your favorite workout to coach and why?
I especially love coaching the long run. It’s where real breakthroughs happen—when pace fades and mindset takes over. That’s where runners find their rhythm, their confidence, and often, their community. I love how we find that we are stronger than we think, especially when we’re in it together.

Where is your favorite place to run in New York City?
New York City is one big playground for me. From Central Park's rolling hills to the tough long runs across all of our amazing bridges, I really love it all.
