About
The team has been active for more than 42 years.
Taconic manages more than 12 running events each year, ranging from 1 mile to 50K. It also manages timing and scoring for non-club events and organizes specific events for children and young adults, including a Summer Youth Track Program for 500 kids twice a week.
The group also has scholarship programs that support local runners and their high school track and cross country programs.
