About
We started as a group of mostly women, and mostly moms, running together for our health and sanity. In recent years, our group has expanded, and we welcome local runners of all ages and abilities to join us! We run together 2-3 times per week, incorporating group long runs every weekend. Whether you're training for a race or just want to jog and chat, we'd love to meet you!
