About
Most of our members race a 10K between a 5:30 and 8:30 pace. However, we don’t discriminate based on speed. We welcome those who want to work hard to be the best runners they can be, compete for the team, and add to our team spirit by supporting teammates. The best way to check out the Harriers is to attend a workout and you are strongly encouraged to do this before applying for membership. Wednesdays are the recommended workouts for first-timers as they are the best attended and break into several pace groups.
