Each meetup features a casual 3-mile run or 1.5-mile walk, followed by a social hangout. With a low-pressure, community-first atmosphere, it's designed for people who want to meet others in real life through shared activity. We encourage chiller paces and no headphones so you can meet people while you run. Lunge Run Club also has a unique dress code where you wear black if you’re single and colors if you’re taken.
