The 2019 TCS New York City Marathon will be Yinli He’s first Abbott World Marathon Majors race outside of a World Championships and her first race in the United States.
But she’s no stranger to the marathon, having run 16 marathons since the start of 2017, most of them in her home country.
He’s personal-best of 2:27:35 comes from her runner-up finish at the 2015 Chongqing Marathon, and that same year she finished 32nd at the IAAF World Championships Marathon in Beijing.
