NYRR Fred Lebow Manhattan Half (sold out) Sunday, January 25, 2015 8:00 a.m., Central Park, Manhattan PR Contact: Rob Molke, NYRR, rmolke@nyrr.org, or 646-758-9711 This race honors the late NYRR president and New York City Marathon co-founder, Fred Lebow (1932-1994), one of the most legendary and dedicated individuals of our running community. The course is two-plus loops of Central Park, which can be a tough in the cold, January weather. This is a great event for runners looking to gauge their personal fitness levels—whether they are working towards a New Year’s resolution, or training for a spring marathon.
